Who We Are
Based in the heart of the Wild Atlantic Way in Ennis, Co. Clare, Atlantic Way Touring is a third-generation family run business set up by the Woods brothers, Ronan & David.
Within the Woods family, the love of the hospitality & tourism industry started as far back as 1968 when Ronan & David’s Grandfather Jamsie successfully set up and ran a reputable Chauffeur company.
This company was then nurtured, developed & expanded by his son Tony in 1993 who is the owner of the very well-established Tony Woods Chauffeur company.
Together with this family influence, their love of the West Coast of Ireland & the experience gained from years growing up & working within the tourism industry, Ronan and David were inspired to set up this touring company in 2017.
What We Do
Situated fifteen minutes from Shannon International Airport, this helps us provide an array of services from Airport Transfers, Executive Chauffeur, and Tours, along the West Coast of Ireland, predominately focusing on The Wild Atlantic Way.
We offer tours from Cork up to Donegal showing our clients ‘The Best is in The West’ for sightseeing and visitor attractions. We can arrange tours based on the attractions you wish to see, the County’s you wish to visit while fulfilling the duration of time, you spend in Ireland. We can also organize recreational sports or activities if you need a break from sightseeing.
We provide these services through the use of high-end vehicles, knowledgeable professional drivers who have the personalities to make sure your time spent with us is an amazingly memorable experience.
